URBING’s core strategy is to focus on increasing urban densification by building micro-modular, multi-unit residential properties. In multiples of 2, 4, 8, and up to 32 units, URBING’s modules blend into existing rental apartments and are ideal for new multi-unit development.

URBING’s objective is to create affordable, good-quality rental accommodation. Newly constructed residential rental properties are highly desirable to municipal governments, as they meet both the housing needs of the local community as well as create the diversity necessary to encourage economic growth.

Most traditional builders focus on building “for sale” residential homes and condominiums, and are not positioned to effectively capitalize on the market opportunity for rental accommodation.

URBING’s advantage is combining the leverage of low per-square-foot costs with growing syndicated investment structures that generate attractive long-term income streams.
